Keeping the Constructions Sites Running Through Covid-19
The effects of COVID-19 have reached every industry across the UK, and indeed the world. But throughout the crisis, construction sites were one of the only industries allowed to continue working on-site.
As a result, this has meant for us we have had an incredibly busy few months. We’ve been working hard to make sure that our plant machinery is available, to keep the construction sites moving during the lockdown. With the recent pledge by the government to build more, following on from the pandemic, the next few months are set to continue to be busy for us at Kelsey Plant Hire.
Our electric plant hire machinery is still available for hire throughout the UK, which means we have had to make sure that the hiring of our machinery is delivered as safely as possible to our customers. Whilst we have been busy with our electric range of plant machinery, we’ve also been very busy with our diesel machines that are available for hire in West Sussex, East Sussex and Surrey.
Taking Necessary Precautions
Like any business during this period, we’ve been working to make sure that both our staff and customers are as safe as possible. We’ve been following all the necessary government guidelines by limiting the staff members on-site. We’ve also making sure our machinery is cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
As the UK is now hopefully nearing the end of lockdown, we’ll be busier than ever; as other smaller private construction projects are also starting up once again.
If you’re looking to hire plant machinery in Sussex, Surrey, or across the UK (for our electric plant machinery), you can call us on 01403 249 125, email us, or fill out our contact form. You can rest assured that we’ll be taking the necessary safety precautions to limit the spread of Covid-19 to our staff and our customers.
